The woman at reception was quite cold and I felt immediately ill at ease. I was informed that I had said I had medium hair in the treatwell booking when in fact the woman at reception was saying it was long. It wasn't like a great hair conspiracy on my part. Which I guess is a bit annoying considering my hair is barely past my shoulder. Had to pay the extra money after the blow dry which annoyed me. Wouldn't return.

Had to wait 10mins after my appointment time, which was fine. Booked take-off as well and instead of wrapping fingers in foil with cotton wool, I was told to dip fingers in a bowl of acetone 🤔 incredibly drying for fingers. Didn’t add solar oil to the nail beds afterwards. I had some at home so no huge drama. But otherwise, great nail application.
