Haircut was really nice but the receptionist lent over me while I was getting my hair washed to ask if I had mid-length hair because it would change the price of the haircut by £4. When I said that my hair didn't go past my shoulders he kept pressing. Super uncomfortable.
Good location & service. Would have appreciated that the receptionist confirming the price when I switch from Classic to Gel Ped. Honouring a TW discount would have been a small gesture and kept a new customer. Sara the beautician was great!
My stylist was absolutely amazing! He was so welcoming and asked me exactly what type of blow dry I want. Didn’t apply too much heat, finished really beautifully. And the blow dry lasted me for over 48 hours. Very happy with the salon. Definitely going back!
The manageress made me feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed. Over a misunderstanding on a polish removal. I’m a long standing customer and I told her she was making be feel bad and ashamed and she told me that there are many regular customers and ergo that this repeat business over the years is unimportant to her salon.
She made me feel very small and did so in-front of other people adding to my embarrassment.
It’s a shame as the actual mani with Rosie the beautician is wonderful.
