I had a hot wax at this salon. It was really good, one of the best I've ever had actually. It was really quick and relatively painless. The Salon was really clean and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed (unlike the Charing Cross branch) which is always so loud and busy. I had Paola, she was really friendly and professional. Also the price was really good and location really convenient if you work in central London! Would definitely recommend.
I love Splash salons! the ambience is trendy, young and funky and the therapists are so nice! my shellac manicure with Splash is always impeccable and I always recommend it!

Splash offers good service without any glitz but good value for money. The beautician was very friendly, chatty and precise with her work. Definitely will come again!

I had booked in to have an appointment with my friend one after the other and we had rang the salon ahead to check we would be alright to simply talk to each other when we got there. However, when I arrived the duty manager gave me to a girl who told me she had never done Nail Extensions before! She had to ask how to use things which didn't inspire confidence and my nails looked awful by the end which I pointed out to the duty manager and she simply painted over them to hide them.
I won't be back.
