The girl who did my manicure was lovely- and her shape-work was great. She had to rush the paint, though as she clearly the venue was understaffed and the next person was waiting. This meant there's been tons of bubbling on the polish which couldn't set between coats and I've been left with a rubbish manicure! A real shame!

The staff were great, although the first therapist had to get someone else to finish the wax after we were 75% done, as it was very painful for me and she wasn’t confident about it. She was very nice but the second therapist was much more competent, I think. I booked at the very last minute so was pleased to have it all done.
