Basic salon, questionable cleanliness, but good for the price. Beautician was lovely and focussed on my being happy with results. However she did try to use a v v strong eyebrow tint stain remover to remove the lash tint itself, which is a massive no-no! Stain remover is exactly that: You remove stains with it (ie splashes of tint that have fallen in the wrong places), not the entire tint from the eye itself! That was alarming, genuinely dangerous and I had to get her to stop. Otherwise, good.
