Quick, and good value for money for central London. Convenient location and staff are friendly and prompt. Good attention to detail.
Fast and efficient service, happy with eyebrow threading as always
Good eyebrow shape and brow/lash tint. Distinctly lacklustre bikini wax - I had to ask several times for areas to be redone, and the therapist wasn’t particularly happy about it. Therapist also left me alone in the treatment room for way longer than expected - I’d asked for natural brows and thought they’d be too dark (they were OK... Just.) At one point she came back into the treatment room - while I coukdn’t open my eyes due to the lash tint - and wiped off my brow tint, then left again, without saying a word. No, ‘It’s just me again’ (seriously, I couldn’t see - it could have been anyone!), or ‘Are you doing OK?’, or ‘It’s time to wipe the brow dye off, but I’m going to leave the lash tint on a little longer. Are you fine to give a few more minutes and then I’ll be back?’ I’ve had this therapist before and she’s done the same thing. Sure, this place is not flashy, but it’s basic courtesy and care to check the customer and keep them informed. Especially as I was naked from the waist down, draped only with a towel, because I’d had a bikini wax. When you’re not able to see, and naked from the waist down, you want to know who just walked in, and why. Speaking of which, that towel was draped over my naked vulva for a good half hour. My strong suspicion is that it was simply going to be folded and used to cover the next client - there was no evidence of new towels in the room/cubicle, and I’ve never seen a therapist at this Splash bringing fresh ones into a treatment room. I’m sorry, but if that towel has been in close contact with my vagina - pristine as my vagina is - then it the only place it should go is straight into the washing hamper. I hope Splash can reassure it’s customers that towels are never, EVER re-used in this way? I left mine crumpled on the floor in a bid to force them to get a fresh one for the next client. I hope that was an unneeded action on my part, but I have my suspicions... Along with the fact that they re-use the same spatula all through a Hollywood wax, I’m beginning to think that this Splash is best dodged for anything involving lady bits. That said, the wax used to shape my eyebrows has probably been dipped into, over and over, with a spatula that’s got to know someone else’s vagina really well, so maybe nothing is truly safe...
Really quick and efficient will definitely be back
Therapist who did my Hollywood was absolutely fantastic : ) thank you
