Got to take the good with the bad here at Splash Goodge Street.
They’re known for cost effective, thorough and quick services, you can tell by the foot traffic this place has ample regulars but over the last while I’ve seen the cleanliness of the salon deteriorate. Towels (cleaned and dried onsite) are looking fatty and often reused between clients (from personal experience). Waxing is definitely on the most booked treatments, you can tell as it’s all over the floor and the wax tables. It’s a shame as the staff are lovely and confident in their services which is why I’m a returning customer for years now but it’s marred by the cleanliness of the downstairs salon.

This has been my second visit to the salon. The staff are very nice, however the wax is very average. I was shocked that some of it was done with strip wax, which was painful as hell. A lot of hair was not removed and remained after the wax and their wasn’t that clean waxing feeling.
