Extremely unprofessional and misleading. My appointment was changed to 40 minutes earlier without me being informed and then I was rang to be questioned why I was late. I then explained my email confirmed I had booked in at 4pm and someone had changed it to 3.20 without asking me. The Keratase treatment is pathetic - just conditioner. Abysmal customer service and I was also told I could not have a blowdry so I left with frizzy half dried hair . Definitely would not recommend

Everyone is really nice, unfortunately my haircut is not what I asked for. The woman who cut my hair was not expert enough.
