waxes were done quickly and she kept checking that I was ok. Could have spent more time checking all of the hair was even and getting stray hairs

The wax itself was painful, I've had Bralzialin before this, but this was the most painful, which I was assured by my beautician was my fault. The beautician who attended me seemed unhappy that she had to perform a wax, and left my bikini line with quite a few hairs. My skin has since the wax taken a few days to go back to normal. This place is cheap, but I would not go back after my experience there.
