I went in for a wash and cut with stylist Simona. She was very friendly and attentive. There was a slight wait as the store gets quite busy around that time but staff are nice in having a chat and offering a drink while you wait. My actual haircut was quick and as I wanted. Simona gave me a complimentary blowdry to properly style my hair which was really nice. Overall a good experience and would use again.

I had a drastic haircut and she was up for the challenge, went from long hair to a sleek bob and she nailed it, even got a glass of wine!

The place was ok, could have been cleaner.
The waxing could have been made better, I still have hairs.
Atmosphere really poor.
It is not worth the money spent.
