Staff all stood outside talking and didn’t know I was coming despite already having paid for the appointment.
After a lot of confused discussion someone came and asked me what I wanted.
The chair and floor were covered in hair when I sat down.
After sitting for over an hour my hair looked nothing like the pictures I had shown and was completely stiff which cheap hairspray.
The product used was cheap and service poor.
After an hour of being out my hair completely dropped out and had to be redone by friends.
2 other people from work came too and both had equally terrible service, having to redo their hair afterwards.
I would definitely not go back and not recommend to anyone.
