This is my second time using their hairdressing services, and I also wanted to try some additional treatments I needed. Both my waxing and quick‑fix pedicure were done by Nabila, who was very pleasant, professional, and highly efficient. I had thought to do a manicure as well, but due to my tight schedule, I wasn't able to fit it in. I will definitely be returning to complete it, with other treatments, as my experiences so far have been excellent. Thank you for the great service!

My appointment was booked for Goodge st but as I booked pretty last min when I arrived the lady at reception told me the person who does the up do’s was not there so sent me to their Charing Cross branch and I had my hair done by Lacri who I showed a picture of the style I wanted and she told me she could do better and that she did. I got so many compliments on my hair that evening she did a fantastic job and it held all evening.
