My manicurist didn’t speak English well, which made the communication awkward. They shaped my nails unevenly and asymmetrically across fingers, which I have never had before, and I had a hard time explaining what was wrong. Eventually I gave up. The coat was strong and had a nice colour, but it wasn’t close to the cuticle at all. Cleanliness of the tools is questionable, they are taken from some cosmetic bag and dipped into what I assume is antiseptic, but it doesn’t feel very safe.
