Good job at doing nails and in great time (perfect for a lunch break)! The nail technician was lovely.. shame about the woman who served me on reception when I went to book in again for a change of nail colour... have been put off returning - went and paid elsewhere!

Very efficient waxing - maybe too efficient/quick.. two things put me down: the floor of the room was not very clean and the main door was opening directly onto the manicure space - not really intimate when you’re having a bikini waxing.

Really disappointed in my haircut.
It felt rushed throughout, a 30 min pre-booked cut was about 20 minutes.
Uneven length on top, crown area wasn’t even cut, uneven blend on sides and side burns weren’t sharpened.
I wasn’t shown the back of my hair and no hair product offered.
The station was messy and the barber spoke limited English which didn’t help in getting the cut I wanted.
I will going to my regular barber to tidy this cut up. Overall it was a Disappointing experience.
