I don’t normally complain but I wasn’t impressed with this place. The woman who did my wash cut and blow dry didn’t say a single nice thing to me from the second I walked in. She lectured me about the level of damage to my ends and gave disgusted looks at my hair. I felt hideous by the end! She didn’t try to make conversation she just churned me through as quickly as possible. I prefer to spend an extra 5-10£ more and have a nicer experience. No coffee or water offered, just in and out. It’s a shame.

A nice lady cut my hair but it felt like she has no idea how to do a proper haircut. She only made half of my hair wet in the beginning. She had no structure while cutting my hair and it felt like she was just improvising. I don’t understand the 5 star rating of this salon. Not going there again.
