This is my second visit but my first time getting my hair done. My cut and blow-dry was done very well and the head massage was really nice. The only thing I would say is the music felt quite loud and the lights were quite bright where I got my hair are washed.

I've been coming here a while and always get a good service. This time, the beautician didn't really listen to what I wanted, the waxing was left uneven, it was so painful from the beautician slowly pulling in the tighter areas and I came home to find I've also been burnt from the wax being too hot. I will be asking for a specific beautician next time.
