Received a wash and cut. Hairdresser, whose name was Tanny I believe, was lovely. She made sure I was happy with the length I wanted and double-checked so there would be no misunderstandings. I was unsure about if I should change up my style a bit so she offered recommendations. Everyone else was really nice as well.
