Overall poor experience. The stylist I had took a razor to my hair to cut it off and joked about shaving my head. It felt very rushed; so much so that they didn’t really listen to how I wanted my hair styled. Also asked for a curled blow-dry finish, but left looking like a suburban housewife with a droopy finish.
