Not all the hair was out. I assumed i would leave the place hairless but I still have some hair. The waxing itself wasn’t bad and when I left the place I thought that at least the leg was was done well but when I got home and washed off the wax left over, I noticed there were still some hair. But the parts waxed does feel good so I commend them for that. I just don’t think it was the best execution or perhaps I just expected too much

The beautician worked like she needed me out of there in 5 minutes flat. I was scalded by the hot wax and it was ripped off with no consideration. To top it off, she didn't do a thorough job. Feel like I paid £28 for a £10 service. Really disappointed actually as most other times I've been here, the service has be great.

Claudia was lovely and accommodating, and my manicure was very very relaxing! Splash is very central and not far from my workplace so I will definitely become a regular.
