The only good thing was that it wasn’t expensive, but I’m not pleased that he tried and make me pay more for a special shampoo and conditioner, he pulled my hair very brutally probably ruining that more and blaming that on my tangles. He criticised previous hair dressers I had when actually I’m not even sure I did touch all my hair. I don’t think the shorter bits have been minimally checked or trimmed. Overall very cocky and not even supported by great competence, I wish I went somewhere else
