Finish was okay but the cut and hairdrying was clumsy - was proded in the face, ears and eyes numrous times. My stylist dried the front sections first and left them over my facr so I was sitting there like cousin IT fot the next 15 minutes which was uncomfortable. Also used far too much heat on my hair. Wouldn't go back
