I HAD YAVIER the hair stylist, and he was amazing! So friendly and really listened to what I wanted! I have very long and thick south Asian hair that was so long it went right past my bottom and is very hard to handle however Yavier was so patient as it took so long to do and did an amazing job at cutting and styling it .. it looked amazing! Thank you so much! Xx

Extremely unhappy went in for just a trim and the lady cut pretty much all of my hair off. She showed me how much she was going to cut and then proceeded to cutting a ridiculous amount off and now my hair is the shortest i have ever had it in my life. I didnt ask for such a dramatic hair cut i just wanted a trim and now i have to live with this extremely short hair for a long time until it grows back. Also the hair cut only took 10 minutes and that is pretty shocking.

Good social distancing measures but disappointed with a first waxing treatment post lockdown. I attempted to discuss interim at home care and request any additional prep of the area but therapist didn’t respond leading to bleeding and discomfort. As an experienced wax customer I’ve never had bleeding or discomfort due to wax not detaching from skin. Therapist blamed my area prep for the reason why despite my request that she prep anything additional.
