I’ve been to Splash many times and, because it’s cheap, I’m not expecting the Ritz. Normally they are friendly, quick and do a good job.
However today was weird. I was asked to arrive 45 mins earlier than the time I had booked, but when I arrived they appeared almost insulted that I had turned up and interrupted their break. The treatment room was filthy and had a used paper on the bed. She did the wax in such a rush and with no care. Poor experience all round. I Won’t be back.

Really great experience. Much cheaper than a lot of places and I love my haircut. Anna was vas very lovely and it was quick too, which was great because it was in my lunch break.
