I never complain and I also get a lot of blow drys, so I feel valid in saying... I am really disappointed!
The hairdresser was quite rude about my hair a number of times (someone in the waiting area complimented my hair, so it’s honestly not awful!) Clearly this was being used as an excuse because she couldn’t manage a curly blow dry. It looked like dreadlocks by the end and my friend said it looked worse than when he dropped me off. It also took me a long time to get all of the hairspray out.
