I had a good experience, nothing particularly bad, but I was trying to explain to the hairdresser that I would like layers in my hair because I don’t like when it’s too “puffy” at the ends, but she wasn’t really listening and was explaining that she will do layers in the front but not the back. I didn’t get a bad haircut, it’s actually really nice, but not what I wanted. If you’re someone who is not sure about what they want and you need advice then this is great for you, but I am very particular about what I want with my hair.

Mixed feelings: salon rescheduled my appointment to later in the day last minute and studio felt dirty. Service, friendliness and price were amazing.
