The salon is decent size, but due to the many seats for clients, it feels quite small and the noise of the equipment creates difficulty in communicating with the staff.
However, not able to fully communicate with the stylist and when I asked questions for after care or other hair health indications, answers were vague and did not add anything to my pre-existent knowledge.
No style was showed to me as preview, which I did not appreciate since that was my first time with that stylist and I did not know his way of cutting.
Hence why I asked for the minimal to be cut and no particular change to be made at my currently one. Anyway, result was decent.
No lotion for heat protection was applied before blow dry.
Blow dry was done very fast and at the easiest way, which was not exactly what I had in mind. But again, communication was at the minimum so I was left with big wedding locks instead of waves, which I tried to request instead.
For a fast service, decent quality, and no big expectation is okay.

I wasn’t impressed - I had my hair washed immediately without any consultation of what I wanted. I’m sure no conditioner was used which has made my hair feel awful and knotty. The cut was ok but she took more off than what I asked for (despite being very clear) and then at the end she told me it was much cheaper to pay in the salon so to not book with Treatwell next time! So I ended up feeling ripped off. Really disappointed :(

I booked a Wash & Multiple Grade Haircut only to realise I wasn’t washed before or after the haircut. The final result was good though and Nicolae took great care of me.
