Eddi did my balyage and was absolutely wonderful! Did an absolutely beautiful colour and cut and styled it perfectly as well! Marie was also a amazing for my gel nails - the best manicure I've had! And so friendly. Would 100% recommend!

Ruined my hair! I've been going to Splash Goodge street for 4 years. I went in for a toner and a cut. The toner was left on my hair for 35 mins. I went to the mirror and my roots were bright ginger. I have mousey blonde roots so I have no idea how this happened. I was shocked! They must have put bleach in the toner. The guy doing my hair did a fantastic job at cutting it. But didn't understand why I was so upset about the toner. When dry it was still a mess! They said to come back in a few washes if I wasn't happy. I called and they invited me in to fix it and give me a complementary olaplex treatment. They toned it again but after one wash it went back to the ginger. I spoke to several other hairdressers about it and they said that bleach must have been added in a low amount to have this happen. Now I'm left with beautiful balayaged hair and ginger roots. I'm going to have to pay more money to get my roots tinted to fix it. It's made me miserable the past few weeks. They tried to fix it. But it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
