Horrific! The app lets you book an appointment and charges you. Then the salon calls and says that they can’t do that time and can’t refund you. Then they yell at you telling you to cancel the appointment ( which the app won’t let you do) Horrible service! Avoid at all costs !

Thankyou!! Simona was very welcoming and kind, I was seen to straight away and my hair is thick but She worked through it really quick!! The salon offer other treatments aswell so I will deff be back!
