This had to be my WORST salon experience in London.
Firstly, I was made to wait for 20 minutes despite arriving exactly on time for my appointment.
Secondly, TERRIBLE staff and service. Talking non-sense about the customer, yelling and, unwillingness to deliver the job.
Thirdly, do not know how to handle hair. A lot of pulling. Refused to do what was booked and asked me to leave because he did not have the time.
Also, mid-job sweeping started across the salon.
DO NOT VISIT!

Treatwell seem to have changed the date of my appointment without my knowledge and salon did nothing to help. Also, the receptionist answered her mobile whilst talking to me, ending up having two conversations at once.
