Overall, the experience was ok, what you would expect at this price in Central London. The place could do with a thorough clean, there were beard trimmings on the shelf and it had definitely been a while since the place last had a paint job. The service was fine, some misunderstanding between me and the hairdresser almost resulting in a straight fringe (which I didn't want), but he was very attentive and the haircut turned out fine in the end.
