While a bit of an interesting experience, I got more or less what I was looking for. Ted is a lovely hairdresser, he used methods I'm not used to the but I'm happy with the result. He did a pretty good job!
My only caveat to this would be that I would've preferred if he hadn't gone for the straightener to style my hair at the end because, while it looked great, my ends are a bit fragile from bleach. Loved the look but would've liked to have been asked first, maybe? Still, would recommend :)

I recently had an eyebrow shape and tint here. The shape left me with good shaped brows but a bumpy rash on my forehead and the tint which I specifically asked to be ‘not too dark’ has left me with jet black brows. I am light blonde haired and am almost too embarrassed to leave the house even though it’s now day 3 since the treatment
