Did a face-framing layers haircut for the first time in this salon. All staff were polite and I felt welcomed. They used professional products, listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. Also Karen gave good tips for my hair and was very professional.
Will definitely come again!

It said it would have 40 minutes, I felt it was very rushed took less than 20 minutes, and no conditioning treatment, I felt disappointed

Did not pay attention to shape of nails/care-- essentially didn't perform half of the job correctly. No even-ness with length and no consistency with shape. Didn't seem to care
