I arrived for the earliest appointment, the hair stylist kept leaving me to work on reception
When washing my hair she kept putting water in my face
And when blow drying my hair she didn’t straighten it after
When leaving she asked for even more money as well , just so unprofessional, I wouldn’t mind a refund
My hair has never looked so bad !!!

Quick and as pain free as a Hollywood can be. Fabiola made it as comfortable as possible as I was a bit nervous after not being for a wax in a while!

The therapist was friendly but the wax itself wasn't good. I expect in a standard full leg wax for entire legs to be waxed, she only waxed what hairs she could see. The roller wax machine was terrible, didn't come out in large strips. Very patchy. I wouldn't recommend or return.
