First time coming here. They called to say there were delays to my appointment booked at 16.55, changed it to 17.15. Then the tech was still 30 minutes later. When she arrived she rushed my nails, cutting my 3 times on my hands until they bled. She did my toenails and cut the cuticle so drastically I now have a toenail infection. Not ideal before my holiday. The receptionist was lovely though.
