Turned up and was told that the lady was running late, so I waited 30 minutes then gave up. Tried to get a refund but the men on the top floor didn’t seem to know how to do it, they asked me to wait until she arrived. She arrived and just gave me the option to re-book tomorrow, no real apology given. Turned up the next day and had the leg wax - the lady seemed really rushed and seemed to miss some hairs. She only took 10 mins but it’s a 15 min appointment? Won’t come back here
