Awful manicure. Very painful experience and inexperienced nail technician. Dirty and unhygienic, as the lady was using an old wooden cuticle remover. She was very rough and kept cutting into my skin when removing the cuticles causing bleeding. After which, a different lady took over, she did not cause any bleeding but did an okay job. My fingers are quite sore today. Be aware of the treatwell reviews as the nail place is inside the hair place and has a different name. A bit shady is you ask me.

Yes good experience, hair was done well. Very efficient service! Quick colour, cut, wash and blow dry! Stylist could’ve been a bit more friendlier bit non communicative/non attentive! Overall good quick service without fuss! Colour was covered well and hair wash done nicely. Like the hair products salon is using. Bring your own cuppa/drinks if want that extra bit of TLC!!

My wax was good, i couldn’t complain as I was going abroad a couple days after. A couple loose hairs I felt could’ve been taken away. The lady didn’t speak to me at all, felt very awkward when previously we’ve spoken and I’ve been a lot more comfortable. Not a massive issue though, i was in and out quickly.
