Not sure therapist had ever waxed before. She couldn'tspeak English and didn't listen or understand. Gave me a Hollywood when I'd specificallybooked Brazilian.was painful, wax was old and clumpy and she felt like she didn't know what she was doing. A real bodge job. First ever bad experience with Splash salons, but I'll ensure I never again have Maria 'therapist' at Goodge Street. Advice to avoid her at all costs.
