She did not speak English and found it very hard to understand what I meant by a simple trim. I ended up with unequal strips of hair on either side of my face, and the blow dry was absolutely atrocious. The customer service was quite bad and the employees gave off a very unwelcoming and rude vibe. Would never go here again. Absolutely worst haircut of my life.
