Overall below average experience. The salon is completely unwelcoming so was Carlos, the hair stylist. He barely said a word, only to reprimand me because I “did not explain correctly” what I wanted. I understand it’s a £12 haircut so probably shouldn’t expect much but there was no advice given by the stylist on how my hair should be cut, no wash of the hair and very little friendliness. Final result below average - not terrible but not worth it at all.

I’ve been to this salon once before and had a great experience but on this occasion I’m really unimpressed. My nails are uneven, a few are jagged on the ends and three of them are still sticky because they weren’t sealed with a top coat properly. I’m going to have to go to a different salon to get them fixed tomorrow!

I have been going to Splash salons for a few years but this was the first time I went to the Goodge St branch and I will never go back. The treatment room was dirty with the previous persons wax strips all over the bed. The wax itself was terrible and agony - boiling hot wax just slathered all over me (including parts which should NOT have wax on). When I said it was too hot the beautician didn’t acknowledge me & then everything ripped off in one go, very clumsily & causing serious pain. AVOID
