Room was under a hair salon with pumping techno music, had a large noisy air vent in the room and none of its own music with a bright strip light. Beautician did not talk through process or tell me what she was using or when she was going to do it. Water used to clean my face was freezing cold. Used a tool to do extractions and really hurt me - wore loose plastic gloves which felt horrible against my skin. Was one of the most unrelaxing experiences I’ve had.
