I was quite surprised that my haircut was done with a trimmer and not proper scissors, given that I have long hair. It left me quite stressed that I get the haircut I want and done properly, as my (curly) hair isn’t the easiest to style.
Also I did not get the conditioner treatment, which was part of my booking.

Salon was clean and the staff were always friendly and super professional. I’ve been to Splash a few times and I’ll always go back. They do have a tendency though to run behind on appointments or have to reschedule which is annoying sometimes, but it’s never more than a 10/15 minute wait - overall it’s great especially for the prices!
