I have gone to splash for my haircut since 2018 and I never regret it. Service is fast, booking online is lifesaving, also when you decide last minute to have a cut!
Cleaningness and professionality in the hair field make me want to try some basic aestetic services, as they offer a very full and detailed portfolio for all needs. The Shampooing and conditioner products used, along with the styling ones are really good brands and all for a super accessible price compared to others in the high str.

I gave a picture of myself with the hair cut I wanted from all the angles, front, side and back, she said she understood it but began zooming through my hair. The back was too short and did not blend it in, there is a bit of volume in the picture I showed but she did not keep that. She cut the side to short, again omitting the volume that was originally there, and with the scissor cut on the top, she literally was cutting random strands?!? It was not structured. My front is not even symmetrical.

I’ve been coming here fairly regularly for 3+ years for nails and sometimes waxes. It’s really started to go downhill over the last few months, topped off today by a very rude woman who said she was now the salon manager. I’ve seen her there on other occasions too. She’s rude and arrogant, with poor customer service skills. Some of the beauticians do a good job and pay close attention to detail. Others not so much. Don’t think I’ll be going back, I’d rather spend a little bit more elsewhere and get a better service and nicer attitude from staff.
