Avoid this place at all costs. I asked for blonde warm balayage and they did my roots ginger and my hair turned out more brunette than before. This resulted to a 2nd appointment where I was held there for 7 hours, Edmond was definitely inexperienced.

I had a really bad experience today. It seemed as though the beautician had never done a wax previously and put on a lot of wax and subsequently it didn’t dry properly, making it very painful. I had to ask her to do parts she’d missed.

Late appointment because the therapist didn't show up, I don't know who the new therapist was but overall didn't have the best experience. I didn't feel super comfortable and it seemed like she was uncomfortable with doing my Hollywood wax.
