I received service from Splash at Goodge Street on 3 December 2022, at 10am. Salon applied toner to my hair after bleaching. I told them it was very painful multiple times but was dismissed, they said it was normal. Stylist was irritated and displayed it. After leaving the salon my scalp was oozing so much pus my hair got matted, and it ran down my neck. I also had to take painkillers because of how bad it hurt. I 100% have chemical burns. Salon has not responded to my email from 4 days ago.
