Quick and as pain free as a Hollywood can be. Fabiola made it as comfortable as possible as I was a bit nervous after not being for a wax in a while!

The therapist was friendly but the wax itself wasn't good. I expect in a standard full leg wax for entire legs to be waxed, she only waxed what hairs she could see. The roller wax machine was terrible, didn't come out in large strips. Very patchy. I wouldn't recommend or return.

Pleasant reception staff and hair stylist Monica. £153 for mediocre highlights far more than I have previously paid for poor service. I was at the salon for over 5 hours with the heaters on and had to ask the lovely Monica for a drink to which she prompted my hairdresser to attend to me.
My hair stylist did not put all the foils in my hair at one time and was left with some yellowing at the top of my hair. Informed me he had used Olaplex (£35) and yet the product said Loreal Paris. POOR!!!
