I had a really bad experience today. It seemed as though the beautician had never done a wax previously and put on a lot of wax and subsequently it didn’t dry properly, making it very painful. I had to ask her to do parts she’d missed.

Late appointment because the therapist didn't show up, I don't know who the new therapist was but overall didn't have the best experience. I didn't feel super comfortable and it seemed like she was uncomfortable with doing my Hollywood wax.
