The hairdresser was very nice and checked with me during the cut, to make sure I was happy with the amount being cut.

Place was not clean. I got strip wax but the hot wax had strands of hair in it - which suggests they double dip the stick. She missed lots of spots in the wax, only after being reminded did she get them and even then it wasn’t clean. Also painful.
