The lady doing my pedicure was nice but seemed inexperienced.She cut my toe badly when trying to cut the cuticles back which is now bruised & painful to wear shoes with today & the pedicure area & seat were unclean.Probably wont return to this branch

I've been a customer for the past 7yrs with no issues. On this occasion I was double booked and I had to go with a different stylist instead of my regular.I had to wait 20mins only to be told this and left the salon 1hr 30 mins later. I accidentally chose a wash & blowdry instead of including a haircut, so by the end of it I paid extra £15. The receptionist had such a bad attitude and explained the extra charge was because it was direct and because of the 'bounce' which is ridicuolous

Great advice from my therapist not to proceed with the mani once she saw the condition of my nails post removal. The mani cost was kindly refunded once I’d nudged Treatwell to help with this.
