Veronica was absolutely lovely. So gentle and I found her waxing less painful than other places I have been to as she does as much as possible in one strip. Intimate waxing can be quite scary but she is non-judgemental and makes you feel comfortable

Nails look amazing, technician did a great job & filed them and removed previous shellac properly. She also had a lovely chill energy. Only reason I didn't give full 5 stars for experience is I had wait around 10 mins for appt.
