I had an appointment booked with Pedro as he had done my hair cuts before and I always loved the results. However, on this occasion he wasn't going to be able to cut my hair as he was too busy with another customer running overtime. Carmen took his place and my initial insecurity of having a new person doing my hair went away immediately after speaking to her. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted (from my long hair I went for a short crop) and she was absolutely great! She's also really friendly and approachable and was an absolute pleasure to have her take care of me today. She did an amazing job and I'm happy to know I now have two stylists I can trust with my curls. Thank you so much Carmen!!

Not as good as usual due to a brand new staff member who struggled throughout. I was reassured by an older member of staff that she knew what she was doing but I was not happy with the end result and feel I could have done a better job myself.
